Role Summary

Delivering and execution of projects in budget and on time with effective communication to all stakeholders

Requirements

3-5 years’ experience as a technical team leader/project manager
Experience in managing a team of IT resources
Have a strong ability to conceptualize and follow through on projects from start to finish
Strong technical skills
Able to produce documentation at a high standard in both content and grammar/spelling.
Highly organised, logical and structured individual.
Excellent time management ability.
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Identify and manage project dependencies
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Time scheduling and management
Implementation management
Testing and quality insurance
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
